Feedback

One of my favorite things to say is that Feedback is a gift! It's easy to say that when the feedback is positive. But what about when it's negative?

That is when feedback can be the most helpful. This quote from WHO NOT HOW definitely applies.

"Rather than sitting by yourself, trying to perfect the idea without feedback, it's far more effective to throw your ideas out there fast, get feedback from your team, and then adjust as you go."

It can be scary to share our ideas then hear what people have to say. But when we do, we truly receive a gift. When we use that gift, it becomes a powerful tool to create something amazing together!
